Share your memory
- Examples of memories and stories include your experience or memory with a staff member or program at Holland Bloorview, your connection as a donor or partner, your experience as a staff member, volunteer, student or intern, or a memorable milestone in your care journey.
- Please keep your description to 150-200 words, when possible.
- You are welcome to submit your memory with you name or remain “anonymous”. If you choose to remain “anonymous” please describe your relationship to the hospital, for example, “Holland Bloorview parent”, “Holland Bloorview client” or “Holland Bloorview staff/former staff”.
- We encourage you to submit a photo with your memory.
- Where possible, please include a high-resolution image (file size at least 1MB). For older images, we recommend using a scanner and uploading to your computer before sending.
- Both horizontal and vertical format are accepted.
- Ensure your file is exported as a .jpg or .png file format.
- A member of our team will review each submission prior to posting. Once reviewed, posts will become public and appear on our website.
- By submitting your memory and photo, you consent to this content being shared in any and all Holland Bloorview hospital and/or foundation external and internal marketing and promotional materials. Holland Bloorview does not disclose, give or sell any personal information about visitors to our website and abides by our privacy policy.
