Who? This event is exclusively for Holland Bloorview staff
When? Tuesday, Feb. 27 from 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. in the conference centre
As part of our 125th yearlong anniversary celebrations and this month’s focus on celebrating a healthy team, we’re hosting HB’s Got Talent, an exciting event designed to celebrate staff and increase connection, laughter, fun and encourage self-expression!
Hosted by the one and only Stewart Wong, vice president communications, strategy and sustainability, this unique celebration will feature a variety of acts, including Holland Bloorview’s very own Dr. Rageen Rajendram, developmental pediatrician also known as RageMD, part-time rapper extraordinaire! Staff are invited to enjoy cake, coffee and mingle following performances.
As an added bonus, staff will have the opportunity to support Capes for Kids through a raffle! Details to follow.
No registration required! Those who wish to perform can visit HBConnect for a sign-up link.
We have room for 10 acts of any kind, from singing to dancing, poetry readings, skits and much more! Cake, coffee and mingling to follow.

We look forward to welcoming you all for a fun afternoon!
On behalf of the 125th anniversary planning committee, we thank every one of you who attended HB’s Got Talent last Tuesday, Feb. 27! We had an impressive turnout and were grateful to come together with departments across the organization for a fun afternoon.
This event was created to honour February’s focus for the 125 celebration: fostering a healthy team, showing appreciation for staff and everything they bring to their work each day.
An extra special thank you goes out to our unforgettable talent! Because of you, staff had a chance to practice their rapping skills with RageMD, play music in harmony with two members of the music therapy team, harness their inner superhero with the Foundation and immerse themselves in a surprise flash mob. It was certainly an hour to remember!
For those who were unable to attend, a video recording can be found here.
